She has worked generally with the top banks/financial institutions, auto finance, retailers, utilities and telcoms, (auditing their vendors) and has conducted multiple Best Practices projects through Visa, USA. Her position as a consultant to creditors, and as their independent agency auditor, as well as a background with two collection agencies, provides a unique perspective of the industry. She is author of various industry publications: “Comprehensive Agency/Attorney Usage Study,” “Comprehensive Agency/Attorney Usage Study II”, “Buyer/Seller Research Study and” “Collect More From Collection Agencies”.
