If you are a senior level creditor involved in collection and recovery, and are interested in receiving an invitation, please contact us at (619) 363-2993 or E-Mail: CRS@collectionrecoverysolutions.com. CRS does not have a “traditional” registration process for non-creditors. As a result, the only way for non-creditors to attend is through exhibiting or a sponsorship. All potential first time attending exhibitors and sponsors are required to complete a reference form before consideration. Please note that we limit the number of non-creditors at this event and admission for non-creditors are on a first come first served basis.

For conference registration purposes, we define a creditor as an originator of credit. All other types of companies (including Debt Buyers) are considered non-creditors for this event’s definition and must exhibit or sponsor in order to attend.

The cost to register a spouse is $149. Spouse registration is intended for spouse not employed in the business.

We do not offer 1 day passes or “meeting only” passes.

We do not have a deadline for attendee registrations, however space is limited.

How do I obtain an attendee list?2023-02-14T07:15:05-08:00

Prior to the conference, the attendee list is only distributed to exhibitors and sponsors. An updated attendees list is posted here: Current Attendees . However, all registrants will receive a printed attendee list (name/company) when they check in at the conference registration desk.

What is the cancellation policy?2022-11-15T11:17:33-08:00

A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel on or before February 3, 2023. After February 3, 2023 no refunds will be made. Any substitution will incur a $50 processing fee.

When will I receive my receipt (registrations/exhibit booths/sponsorships)?2022-10-18T14:50:46-08:00

The receipt will be sent to the individual who is the contact person listed on the submitted forms upon processing.

Are there forms or a deadline for speaker submissions?2022-11-15T11:18:09-08:00

We do not have a deadline or a formal submission process for speakers. Please submit proposals to CRS@collectionrecoverysolutions.com and include the following information: a unique/trendy topic, presenter(s) name, presenter(s) title, presenter(s) company, and presenter(s) bio. Please be aware that we receive numerous submissions for every conference and space is limited.

What is the recommended attire for the conference?2022-10-18T14:50:57-08:00

The dress code is business casual. Be comfortable while learning new trends and networking with other attendees. Choose your shoes carefully because you may do a lot of walking. Receptions, Four Seasons style, don’t require a tie or jacket, but many elect to wear one or both.

Guest rooms under the group block are for registered attendees only. You may book a room at the Four Seasons by calling (877) 632-5000 and using the reservation code CRS2023.

You may book a One Bedroom Suite at the Four Seasons by calling (877) 632-5000 and using the reservation code CRS2023. There are a limited number of these suites available and are on a first come first served basis.
