Q: How far is the hotel from the strip?

The Four Seasons hotel is located on the strip and is part of the Mandalay Bay property.

Q: How do I book a suite?

You may book a One Bedroom Suite at the Four Seasons by calling (877) 632-5000 and using the reservation code CRS2023. There are a limited number of these suites available and are on a first come first served basis. More Information

Q: Are there forms or a deadline for speaker submissions?

We do not have a deadline or a formal submission process for speakers. Please submit proposals to CRS@collectionrecoverysolutions.com and include the following information: a unique/trendy topic, presenter(s) name, presenter(s) title, presenter(s) company, and presenter(s) bio. Please be aware that we receive numerous submissions for every conference and space is limited.

Q: When will I receive my receipt (registrations/exhibit booths/sponsorships)?

The receipt will be sent to the individual who is the contact person listed on the submitted forms upon processing.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?

A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel on or before February 3, 2023. After February 3, 2023 no refunds will be made. Any substitution will incur a $50 processing fee.
